Funny Video, but Serious Need at Rosehill Safehouse Ministries!

The clothing bank at RoseHill/Safehouse is in need of new or gently used clothing items, plus shoes for men and women. Clothing of any size for men or women, new or used, would be greatly appreciated.

More folks are coming in because of the economy. Take advantage of the opportunity to clean out your closets and help someone in need! Thank you so much for your prayers and donations! If you have any questions or concerns, email Joe Morrow ([email protected]).

A “Thank You” Letter from Ukraine

As much as possible, Tammy and Matthew Reynolds have been keeping up with our friends in Ukraine. They have been giving updates on the situation with our Ministry Team and the children. Tammy received this “thank you” letter from one of our Orphanage Directors. It gives you a sense of how you have been directly helping during this crisis. We thank you all on their behalf and please continue to pray for those affected by this conflict and that a resolution will be reached very soon.

Dear St. Paul / Compass Ministry Team,

It is not just the strength and resolve of our brave Ukrainian soldiers that convinces me that our country is invincible, it is also because there are people like you in this world!Ā  We are blessed that you partner with us in loving and caring for our children here in Sofyivka … children that the rest of the world has forgotten!

We thank you for your continued love and support, in spite of the difficulties involved in that continued support and provision.Ā  We thank you that, in spite of the war,Ā  just as you have in the past, to this day you continue to see our needs, understand our needs, and then truly consider it not just your mission, but your calling to try to fulfill those needs!

Thank you for the generators you have provided for us.Ā  Thank you for the food, the water, the blankets and bedding, and the clothing.Ā  Thank you for the much needed hygiene supplies and thank you for the supply of diapers and baby food your team brought to help us care for the many new children our orphanage has recently taken in.Ā  But, more than anything, thank you that you do not forget us, thank you for your humanity, for your support, and, for really loving us as you love your own!!Ā  We are all part of one family and through all that you do for us and all that you mean to us, we truly feelĀ  that family love!
May God Bless you!
Glory to Ukraine!Ā  Glory to the heroes!Ā

And now, the first of the photos:

These photos show generators we have been able to get this past week.Ā  When we can’t get our hands on the big ones,Ā  we can keep facilities going with multiple small generators.Ā  Praise God we have been blessed to find these, and blessed with the funds to purchase them.

$713.76 Donated by Children for Socks Full of Change for Ukraine!

$713.76 TOTAL!!! That’s what our children collected and donated to our fellow UKRAINIAN CHILDREN in ORPHANAGES. Children get so excited and involved in seeing how their gifts benefit kids just like them in another part of the world! It is so heartwarming to see children understand and welcome Christian servitude.

Speaking of “servitude,” the girls weren’t quite as excited about serving pizza for the boys. The boys had raised more money and therefore were the winners. But all children involved certainly ended up a winner, whether they gave or received!
