Nan Konze

Director of Preschool

Preschool Faculty, Program Staff

Nan is a lifelong Columbus resident and 3rd generation of St. Paul UMC members. She has been married to Mike for over 30 years and has three children and seven grandchildren.  Nan is proudly known by several names, including “GranNan,” “Mom,” and “Miss TaDah.”

“Encouragement is a priority in my life as I try to reflect His light. I feel like I am in the right place in my life, in my career, and in my heart. I love sharing moments with children and their parents as they struggle to become whom they are meant to become.

I have been a teacher of hearing impaired children, an art teacher, a business woman, and a Director. I am filled with history and thankful for today.  On my days off, I enjoy painting, decorating, bible journaling, sharing with grandchildren and driving a tractor to clear fields and clear my head.

My favorite part of St. Paul Preschool is the family atmosphere of knowing others not only by name but by ‘their life’. We are more than childcare. We are mom-care, family-care, teacher-care, and a place for renewal. We are blessed!”
